1. How are Newz Clipz sent to me?
All clips are mailed once weekly through the US Postal Service according to the following schedule*:
Monday: Iowa & West Virginia
Tuesday: Kansas & Missouri
Wednesday: Arkansas & Wyoming
Thursday: Colorado & South Carolina
Friday: Kentucky, South Dakota, and Texas
*Subject to changes based on production requirements.
2. Are there any extra costs?
We charge a $0.10 per clip paper handling fee plus all postage charges to the client, as shown in the Newz Clipz section of this website.
3. What information appears on my clips?
Each clip shows the newspaper name, date, circulation, page number and thumbnail sketch. See this sample clip for more details.
4. How do I start my service?
You can start service by accessing our service order on the home page, or give us a call at 1-800-474-1111, or email us at info@newzgroup.com.
5. How do I change my keywords?
You can change your keywords as often as you like. You can use our service order page on the website to change keywords, or send us an e-mail to customercare@newzgroup.com or just give us a call at 800-474-1111.
6. Should I send copies of our press releases to Newz Group?
Yes, these will be forwarded to the readers as an extra tool to ensure delivery of your clips.
7. Can I get credit for articles that do not meet my search criteria?
Yes. Please see our Return Policy.
8. Can I get copies of clips or Management Reports Newz Group has already sent?
Yes. We hold all clips and Management Reports in our system for three months.
9. Can I select a certain area within a state to be clipped?
Yes, but charges may vary depending on the complexity of the order.
10. Can I select service for states not listed on this web site?
Yes, in most cases. Charges may vary depending on the complexity of the order.
11. How do I cancel the service?
We require that all cancellations be submitted in writing. You can write us by e-mail at customercare@newzgroup.com , or fax us at 573-474-1001.
12. If I cancel service and want to start again do I have to pay another set up fee?
No, a set up fee is a one time only charge. You can cancel and sign up again without being charged another set up fee.
13. What if I have a question that is not listed here?
